Stretching Classes with Ed Killenberger!
Our stretching classes are designed to help you achieve a great workout in 30-minutes. Stretching is great for relieving tight muscles and reducing muscle spasms, improves circulation, mental clarity and feels great. Come dressed in sweats, shorts or stretch pants, a comfortable shirt/tank/sports top and sneakers.
