  Swedish Massage

  • 30 minutes - $40
  • 60 minutes - $65
  • 90 minutes - $90

  The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage feels good, is relaxing and invigorating. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well being.

  Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load. It stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. Swedish Massage also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management.

  Deep Tissue

  • 30 minutes-$45
  • 60 minutes-$75
  • 90 minutes-$110

  Deep tissue massage is a slow and penetrating technique that helps to lengthen chronically shortened muscles at a deeper level. When the muscles are returned to their natural state, they become more relaxed. This can lead to improved range of motion and relief from postural habits.

  Therapeutic Massage

  • 30 minutes - $45
  • 60 minutes - $75
  • 90 minutes - $110

  Using a combination of Swedish (long flowing strokes) and Deep Tissue (focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissue), Therapeutic massage is both corrective and relaxing.  When muscles are stressed, they block oxygen and nutrients, leading to inflammation that builds up toxins in the muscle tissue.  Allows the body to release toxins from muscles and get blood and oxygen circulating properly.

  Shiatsu Massage

  • 30 minutes - $45
  • 60 minutes - $80
  • 90 minutes - $120

  Shiatsu utilizes a combination of pressure and assisted-stretching tecniques. It is a combination of many different techniques, including pressing, hooking, sweeping, shaking, rotating, grasping, vibrating, patting, plucking, lifting, pinching, rolling, brushing, and, in one school developed by Suzuki Yamamoto, barefoot shiatsu, it includes walking on the person's back, legs, and feet.

  Pre-natal Massage

  • 60 minutes- $75
  • 90 minutes- $110

  This gentle massage is a safe for both mommy and baby. Pre-natal massage is a form of Swedish massage using a light and flowing touch to help ease any anxiety mommy-to-be may be experiencing. This technique is also beneficial during labor or for women experiencing periods of postpartum.

  Reflexology

  • 30 minute-$45
  • 60 minute-$80

  An ancient technique that incorporates specific pressure points on the hands and feet which correspond to various organs in the body. Enjoy a complimentary foot bath with the 60 minute treatment.  A special essential oil blend is infused into the bath created with the feet in mind.

  Hot Stone

  • 60 minutes - $100
  • 90 minutes - $135

  Hot Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage.

  Stone massage is a unique connection we experience with nature.  It's a deep healing and unique moment that enhances our awareness and brings us closer to our true essence. It is the perfect treatment that is as enjoyable and healing for the client as it is for the practitioner.

  Stone massage makes you feel deeply relaxed, allowing you to let go of all the stress that is held within your body. It is really an amazing experience to offer to the ones you love!

  Hot Spot

  • 15 minutes - $20

  A "hot spot" is a 15-minute seated massage. Based on acupressure, our massages are relaxing, comfortable, energizing, and don’t require clothing removal or oil. 

  A typical session will cover the classic tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders, arms and hands and we highly recommend this service prior to getting a chiropractic adjustment!

  ChiroPlus ($5 per session or $50/12 sessions)

  Focusing on one area of the body, a 5-minute trigger point massage is performed to aid in relaxation prior to receiving your chiropractic adjustment!
